10. User Generated Contributions
Submissions and Contributions Defined
- Private Submissions: Content you share directly with our team (such as assessments, private forms, or direct messages) is only visible to the authorized team members to whom it was submitted. These are not visible to other members.
- Community Contributions: Content you share in community spaces within the Academy platform (such as group discussions, message boards, or forums) may be visible to other members inside the platform, but will never be shared outside of it without your explicit permission.
- Public Reviews: If you post a review or comment about our Services on a public platform (such as social media, websites, or other open forums), we may share, repurpose, or display it without additional permission, since it is already public.
Our Commitment to Privacy and Integrity
- We will never edit or alter your Private Submissions or Community Contributions inside the platform.
- If you grant us permission to use a submission or contribution as a testimonial outside the platform, we may make light edits only for length, clarity, or formatting — never in a way that changes your meaning or intent.
- We will always seek your explicit permission before sharing any private or community-based content externally.
Your Responsibility
By submitting or posting content, you agree that:
- You will not upload or share anything unlawful, harassing, harmful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, false, misleading, or otherwise prohibited under our Prohibited Activities section.

We reserve the right to remove any Contribution from the community platform if it violates these Terms, and in serious cases, to suspend or disable accounts or report unlawful activity to authorities.

Private feedback shared inside the Academy is not treated as a public review and will not be used outside without your permission. Public reviews (e.g., on social media) may be shared or repurposed, since they are already public.
By posting a public review, you grant us permission to use it for purposes like displaying on our website or marketing, but we will never misrepresent your words.
